Serendipity Players is proud to present “Happy Anniversary” by Gary Corbin from March 2-25, 2012 at the newly opened Serendipity Playhouse, 500 Washington Street, Vancouver, WA 98660

The comedy and drama of human relationships take center stage in Serendipity Players upcoming production of “Happy Anniversary” by acclaimed local playwright Gary Corbin. Corbin masterfully mines both laughter and tears, exploring the ups and downs over a decade-long relationship.

“One of the things that drew me to the play, aside from the humor,” according to director Tony Broom, “is that we get to watch these characters age and grow and change. My wife and I saw the play as a staged reading a couple of years ago and it obviously stuck with me. When it came time to put our first full season together for Serendipity Players, one of the things I wanted to do was feature local artists. We’re really lucky to have Gary right in our backyard.”
